Same issue with some customers using Zimbra 8.8.15 (last patch) + ZCO (last one, 9.0.0.1937).
They'll try to force a MS-Office update tonight then I'll open a case tomorrow if it keeps going on.
When user sends a mail, the content (text/html) disappear, only the headers and attached files (if any) are sent.
Same issue with the mail saved in "/Sent", there's no content (only headers + attached files).
Oh and just like you (wild guess): french MS-Windows, french MS-Office pack.
